These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and php288 Gaming Corporation ("php288," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine corporation duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to operate online gaming services in the Republic of the Philippines.

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. php288 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your php288 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled, bonus funds will be forfeited, and your remaining balance (if any) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

8.2 Termination by php288

php288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected

• Your account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months
• Required by PAGCOR, court order, or other government authority

Upon termination, php288 will settle all valid outstanding bets and return your deposited funds (minus any fees or amounts owed to php288) within thirty (30) days. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. php288 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 200 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. If your account balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, your account may be permanently closed.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

php288 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers.

9.2 Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game malfunction, or payment processing errors, php288 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve errors fairly.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, php288's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. php288 is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms

9.4 Indemnification

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, php288 is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and dispute resolution procedures. If you believe php288 has acted unfairly or violated PAGCOR regulations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Customer Relations Office. PAGCOR's decisions on disputes are final and binding.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Your continued use of php288 services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
